I have 2 to 3 Brand New 48" Panasonic to let go if you're interested.
Cos wife dun like ceiling fan under bed, so have to find ways to clear it......zzzzz

I agree, even the Dyson fan AM dunno what is not as powerful as a standard ceiling fan. And if you use fan speed 8-10 it is so freaking noisy like using a hairdryer.

Is prestige m3 only $400+? I thought it comes with smart home features. $400+ seems very reasonable

Anyone using PO fan here? I look at the design quite nice (similar to m3). My friends bought haiku for living and dining and bedroom use all PO fan. Seems like quite stylo from internet.

When I visited ceiling fan demo section of retail store like Courts, the SA recommended me Fanztec. I also checked out Mayer whose distribute Mistral D'Fan series hugger and non-hugger.

In the aircon retail mall, usually i can't tell if they are suitable and meet my needs. I just need one to have sufficient wind speed/circulate the air in my HDB BTO 2x bedrooms and 1x living room. I also need a LED min. 20W daylight 5500~6000K temperature will do. I find it hard to look for one. Not sure anyone share same dilemma like me. But I do need to get them in 1-2 months time for my family.

I feel very difficult to tell. Theoretically you have to mount in a room where there are obstructions like lights, cabinets etc. also fan is about windy directly below. The sides are ok but not super windy and won’t work if that day is super hot and humid. I think you need to pump 1-2 hours aircon then let fan take over for next 4-5 hours. Personally I haven’t find my perfect fan. Likely go for design and will buy those like prestige, point technology etc.

Just share my experience after 1-2 months of light search. I actually gave up trying demo already. I just went online to read reviews and check the specification like rpm/watt/features.

Ended up.. I bought Bestar ones during 6.6 sales and installed yesterday. Their LED at 24W looks bright enough and sufficient for my bro layout/size home. Since function and price remains one of top criteria, design is ok with 3 blades, simple looking fans. The remote control has last memory feature, easy to use.
