CIMB doesn't issue physical tokens anymore; I asked for it as a replacement > 2 years back and they said no longer issuing. Use digital token going forward.

ya no need. once download app and activate digital token.. 12 hours later the system will auto update. then when u login no more show the security device page liao and request will send to app.

Actually today I got to know RHB bonus 3% on top of basic interest so if you haven't put can consider that too. Or diversify put some in CIMB FastSaver put some in RHB High Yield Savings account. Basically these two Msia banks quite ok.

This is the worst bank I have experienced. I have waited more than a week upon new account opening & has yet to receive the activation code from them. Called n msg them also say need to wait. Clearly their indication of 1 working day to be activated upon 1K transfer was not followed. Saw somebody in this forum that it took almost 3 weeks to get the activation code.
The only bank that needs a 1k to activate it but takes their own sweet time.

But if we have no access to CIMB internet banking, how would we know the account is correct or legitimate?

And I also didnt receive the password SMS to open the doc.
