U first have to buy a plan, their cheapest plan is $12 for the first month. Then after that plan lapses then it will be $0 for subsequent months. Just need to make sure u use some data or talktime or sms every 90 days otherwise $5 will be charged for the month following the 90 days.M1 maxx is 0?

- As a Primary account holder, you have full control to manage your Primary account and Sub accounts. Including managing the overall phone bill, purchasing of add-ons and boosts. See the full list here.

- With Family Plan, all of your accounts will be under one bill and charged to the Primary account holder. Your monthly bill, consisting of the Primary SIM and Sub SIM(s), will be automatically charged between the 1st to 7th of each month, to the credit/debit card attached to your mobile plan. Any additional charges incurred from each linked SIMs will also appear in the consolidated bill sent to the Primary SIM account holder’s email.
- As an existing Circles.Life user, you can only transfer your number as a Primary account. For Sub accounts, you can either transfer a number from another telco or get a new number. Your Circles.Life account will be migrated to the Primary Account within 2 hours upon activation. Once done, you can start exploring the app to see Family Plan features.

Did you sign up for the upgrade? I think they are targeting people who continuously use their Flexi SIM, often to the limit of 1gb.
Didn't sign up for it. Only received the email regarding the $5 plan upgrade. I do use the line daily but seldom to the limit. On the other hand, my wife's line often hit the limit for data allowance.
Anyway, both numbers are nice, formerly, from Giga during the launch period.

Do you use this sim to to recieve lot of OTP sms? I have a feeling, there is some selection criteria. If you are recieving lots of OTP sms, it means this number is important to you and thats why they know that you would be willing to upgrade to keep the number.
In my case, my circles flexi was my primary number, I used to receive all OTPs to it and almost every month used the data 100%. I received a marketing call to upgrade with choice to upgrade to $5 or $9 plan, I chose the $5 plan.
My wife's sim, we rarely use it, I used at 2ndary sim for myself when my primary sim 1gb finishes, but also many time I keep that sim turned off, so I wouldnt even know if some marketing person called me on that number.

for the outgoing calls, it say unlimited on "free until 31 may 24"... but how about after that??? was it every mentioned?

i do use their app and saw the notification for the upgrade. got the email too. i didn't update my expired CC details though, but still got upgraded.

the email i got says $5 for 20gb. i checked with the CSO over live chat and was told after the month, talktime will be 100 mins every month (outgoing and incoming). so no free incoming calls it seems.

Circles.Life is one of the few telcos or only telco that does not offer free incoming mins, incoming calls will count towards the talktime entitlements.
