Haha getting a good queue number at Clavon is definitely like the lottery BTO effect, imagine if u get a bad queue number and u are eyeing a 1 / 2 bedder by ur turn it may be sold out. And the ones shouting may not just be buyers, can be agents too. Win win for both.
