HDB defines social and community facilities as childcare centre, residents’ committee centre, senior activity centre or kidney dialysis centre, for the benefit of the community.

There go our hope of having a minimart, laundry shop or 4D/Toto betting booth for our 2-storey social and community facilities in CG.

hope they build a mini market behind 208B...the minimart, 4d/toto can be there...

I have clarified with HDB, and there will be no funeral palour on site but the landuse is still safeguarded as Place of Worship.

just got the henderson sers site plan, compare to clementi gateway...l like CG, henderson 6 / 7units per floor..

Clementi Gateway has been removed from the HDB - "Flats available for selection" page. Seems like I am correct, there is no taker for the balance 48 nos. of 3-room units.

yesterday i went down to blk 206, downstair so windy...=:p, so far nothing start yet...

not so fast, the tender is only closing on 19 Nov 2012 and still got to wait for award of tender likely take another few months before the winning contractor starts work on site.

so long...everyday i asking my friend'' my house build already or not?'' and he reply ''ya, build already, 2moro can move in''...ha ha...

I have tat feeling before, hoping tat they can built the hse fast. I waited for 5 years, finally then can shifted it. I capture the progress with my phone camera almost every month when they start to build by hse. So pls be patient, enjoy watching the progress to see on piece empty land with your hse coming up when they start building. It is fun. :D

last wed went to Bukit Merah C C register replacement flat, many neighbour asked me why i came ? i still need to submit then SERS will post me to Clementi...feel sad to say bye bye to redhill...:(
