Premiums for larger and more powerful cars in Category B rose to S$35,889 from S$30,012.

The bid Vs quota is almost doubled.very likely Coe will go higher, won't be surprised touch the 45 - 50k region again. Dealer also need to earn. Those who bought earlier with guarantee Coe, huat ah!

No rocket science to learn that coe will increase wad.. Dealers are still clearing backlogs, and with the ** online sale deal, expect COE to maintain or inch slighter higher for the next few biddings

Do not forget all ADs had a quota to meet from their principal and cars are already sitting at our local port collecting dust. So they need to offload the cars fast.

Not just PIs, some big ADs are also doing the same. Lured you in with low price with the catch that COE is capped at x amount. My father in law was lured into this when he said the price of car is low many years back, i told him COEs will not drop so low but he was blind to believe. Luckily it was ADs so he got the refund without any issues.

Why when I go PI buy car they advertise 6 COE bidding guaranteed but turned out is guaranteed that they will make 6 bids at the sum they price at.

Went to a PI and they told me the price they advertising at only includes 10k COE and if over I need top up...

Come on, its common sense this bidding will be high as there wasn't any bidding for 3 months while sales has been going online. Its going to be downhill from now on as the backlogs are cleared and sales are not catching up. The fact that the past 3 months quota are spread over a year already is a sign that the government do not want to see COE collapse which it would if they throw in all the previous 3 months quota.

I predict COE will drop down to the 20k region with the increased quota over the next 12 months. The government have avoid the crash by playing with the quota, smart move.

First car... Now driving Coe car.. Not rich, too poor to take loan, have to pay cash.

Motorcycle Coe also ex... If not toying with the idea of getting those 0-299kph below 20secs motorcycle... Park at car park for boasting rights when going for kopi.

Economy is bad, COE quota is increase by 33%. It will drop, there is no reason it won't.

Lol most dealers already increase their car prices and even those second hand shamelessly increase theirs also....if sinkies smart dunch buy then they will starve but sinkies love to be suckers so increase 3-5k also juz rush to buy to have their set of wheels on teh road only to feel being a sucker 6 months later
