If I did not use OA for property, I probably would also have this amount at 44. So yes agree that if he already paid off property then v strong
As I'm a little bored after weeks of working from home, I check out my CPF balance and it looks quite decent.
With some basic calculations, to hit $700k+ of CPF at the age of 44, the most straight forward is to refrain from using OA to buy properties.
However, I have used about $200k from my OA with accrued interest to buy a property about 10 years ago, so I can never hit that figure.
