And right now, the DBS chat bot can show points awarded for individual transaction. Same as UOB.

Any idea if CC transactions are affected by the DBS system down time?
No apparently it was an issue with their access control servers. So the problem was about logging in. Their transactional systems were unaffected.

Hi All, just wanted to confirm, I made an online transaction on 24th Nov. Will I get the additional 9X points end of December? Or it is possible to get it earlier also? I lost track of my spend and points.

https://www.dbs.com.sg/iwov-resources/media/pdf/cards/dbs-womans-card-tnc.pdf
For every S$5 online spend, 1X DBS Point (for local transactions) or 3X DBS Points (for overseas transactions) will be awarded on the next working day, when the retail purchase transaction is posted to the Card Account. The remaining additional 9X DBS Points (for local transactions) or 7X DBS Points (for overseas transactions) will be awarded at the end of the next calendar month.

Hi, anyone try waiving the annual fee for DBS Woman's MasterCard recently? I have applied via the posb ibanking website chatbot but rejected twice. This is the first time that I could not get the waiver for this card. Especially when I charged more to this card this year than past few years. I still have points inside not yet redeemed.
DBS just declined my annual fee waiver request too for this card. First time in about 15 years. Just put in another request via phone banking. Will cancel if still reject. Fortunately I redeemed nearly all my points two months ago.

How to do that? You mean all my recurring fees will become online transaction?
link DBS wwmc to Amaze card, charge your gym recurring payments to Amaze card and the payments will be converted to online

Cancelled this card using the bot chat last month. In the end, the annual fees are not reversed with the cancellation. This month kena finance charge for the annual fee. Cancelling via the chat bot is really unreliable.

PSA: Got a reply from DBS that cancelling the card via the chat bot will not reverse the annual fee.

"Thank you for writing in to us.
I would like to share that the annual fee will not be automatically waived even if you requested for the cancellation online.
Therefore I have assisted to waive off the annual fees and the corresponding finance charges since your card ending XXXX is cancelled. The reversals will be reflected in your next statement.
I hope I have been helpful in resolving your concerns.
Feel free to let us know if you have further enquiries.
Have a nice day and thank you for banking with DBS.

hmm ..strange. the annual fees is for the card for the following year.
wouldnt cancelling the car means you are not liable for the fees anymore given that you dont have the card anymore ?

It just means DBS didn't think of the problem from all angles when they designed the chat bot to save costs.
