If you tap directly and not top up, the description should be “bus/mrt”Is it true that Simplygo will not receive any cashback for this card on June?

Bus/mrt is not excludedCurrently the description still shows bus/mrt. Heard won't earn cashback from June onwards.
Why? The exclusion is for EZ-LINK* IPAYMY* SIMPLYGO* skrill.com* TRANSIT*Currently the description still shows bus/mrt. Heard won't earn cashback from June onwards.

As you said, the description shows bus/mrt which is not in the list of exclusions what.
'simplygo' is for topup on simplygo app, not bus/mrtSimplygo?
Call in to cancel. I just got my waiver approved, spent ~$10k in the past year.Anyone cancel their card before? What’s the process?
AF was not waived…
AF is for the upcoming year for all cards, no bank can force you to settle it. You can report them to MAS or FIDReC if they refuse to waive it.Just to check, if AF cannot be waived and we call to cancel the card, will the AF be canceled together? Or will they force you to settle it and affect your credit score if you dont
You could have blocked your card ASAP, which you did. But when the transaction hits, it has to post before DCS or any bank can do anything, you cannot anyhow reject the pending transaction after it has been authorised (be it legitimate or fraudulent) otherwise the settlement process is no longer certain. Dispute and investigation occurs after it has posted.DCS customer service cannot make it! Received an SMS informing that a foreign transaction was made on my DCS credit card last night. Straight away realized this is a fraudulent transaction, and I immediately called their fraud reporting hotline indicated in their SMS. Guess what? The automated voice system asked me to call again within their operating hours. Tried all numbers stated on their website also no use, all using the same automated voice system to ask you to call again within their operating hours.Hence, I logged in through the DCS app to block my card.
This morning, I called in to report this fraudulent transaction. They told me they can only escalate to their frauds team to investigate and cannot do anything now as the transaction is under 'Pending' status. Only when the transaction is posted to my account, then they can start the investigation. The investigation process will take 2-3 months. I asked them if they can file a dispute with the merchant involved and rollback this transaction as what other banks do, but they say cannot. Which means this particular charge will be outstanding on my side and I will incur late fee penalty for this. The customer service can still tell me to call in and ask for waiver in this case.
Meanwhile, they asked me to file a police report so that when the frauds investigation team call me, the report will be ready, Since when is it so troublesome to still need to file a police report? Their admin process really CMI. Other banks can file a dispute and rollback or block this fraudulent amount so that no late fees will be charged, and can be settled within a month. This DCS need to take 2-3 months and cannot do anything about this fraudulent transaction? Seems retarded to me. Will be cancelling all their cards once this issue is settled.

That is how the process works, for any cards used, not just DCS. Maybe don't use any debit or credit card if you're not comfortable with the dispute process.
