Have anyone encountered such situation before? Can advise the process and how long etc? First time kanna such thing and both banks have not been helpful, keep daiji me around.

I paid via POSB app for 2 different Diners credit card. Both transactions were successful but not reflected on Diners.

Contacted POSB and was told transactions were successful and no reversals from Diners.

Contacted Diners and was told would investigate but no news or update.

Read HWZ Forum Rules!
How many days has it been? DBS/POSB routes payments through AXS which can take up to 3 working days to reflect. (Btw it's DCS not Diners)

my dcs mastercard was denied annual fee waiver. CSO insisted must meet 12k annual spending, no appeal accepted

A lot, probably. Same as last year which was waived. This time the app just showed I had no fees eligible for waiver. Doubt many ppl spend 12k on a no min spend card

You tried waiver through the app or called the CSO?

if i call in to cancel card and they ask me why, i will sure scream at them. if they say they will waive it for me, i will ask them fly kite and insist on cancelling. you had your chances already.

I don’t think they’ll offer to waive after requests already rejected. So far all happily cancelled for me

Another self-entitled person 🤮
Pretty sure UOB won’t regret losing you.
What self entitled? People like you have no backbone. It’s a fact that banks need us more than we need them. Piss me off I will gladly cancel my ONE card which clocks at least $6k every quarter, and close my ONE and CPFIA accounts even it it means making a slight loss.

If they refuse to waive annual fee, just cancel it, wait for the card to be removed from your profile and then re-apply the same exact card online again. Was able to do this for scb within 2 days of cancelling, it should work with other banks as well
