This month, anyone having issues downloading the pdf bill from their app? Their website also can't download.

Web bot pdf request n delivery via email is ok.
App can view pdf cannot save. No button.
Since oct or nov 2025

Now more annoying each time wana see card details need otp when alr logged in.

Duno what kind of intepretation they use.

The most annoying is apply supp card up cannot use bcos cannot see or find the card details cvv. Even cso cannot help. 🤣

Are all DCS cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club) billing/statement cycles all based on calendar month? Hence the bill due date fixed on the 15th of each month?

based on statement month ending on 1st of month
