Personally I prefer BTO but future wifey says why not get resale. Stay near her parents.

DCP wont affect HLE

unless u are buying second property or what or u are buying something super over budget without any downpayment.

seems like now the banks are pushing for approval?

i am pending my HSBC approval now that they have finally got ard to the application.

think if unsuccessful will have to try BOC

I dont think DCP will affect HLE. For info, I got loan of 300K DCP also approved.

I just try transferring from credit line to savings account then transfer back to test water

I must said that he never advise me anything. Cos i know all the stuffs and i filled up all the forms and submit w all the statements n letters. I was even the one who inform him that my DCP has been approved.

Citi comms is quite good, they said 3 biz days, rly 3 biz days. Maybe for the other banks (like BOC) they have more levels of communication.

Wa this BOC hotline CSO call JiaYi so rude when she talks. I called to ask her can double confirm whether mine application is approved cause ANZ told me my moneyline is still not suspended. They way she talked like majiam she loan me the money

HSBC goes through many rounds of check for processing. Should have applied citi before this.
