I have a couple of questions. Hopefully some alumni can help me. I am entering RTIS this year. Very keen on the course. However I wish to someday work abroad instead of Singapore as the market for game developers are much more in demand overseas.

1) Is this degree program recognized in USA and can we get a job easily while attaining this degree program through SIT

2) During the OIP, is there a chance we can continue our course and graduate from redmond thus increasing our chances of getting a job abroad?

Thanks very much for reading.

Unsure whether they made amendments to the day from Thursday to Wednesday or they typed wrongly in the email. Gotta check with the lecturer on the first lesson...

Good luck have fun.

Your future senior

Do you know of any market for the sale of books?

What course / year are you in?

On hindsight, how would you better prepare yourself prior to admission?

Hi, future science students. For programming, you won't realized much yet in the first 2 semester, but PLEASE go and master all your STL if you know C/C++. If not, you will be dead in SEM 3. No joke, serious.

Also, please read something like C++ Coding Standards: 101 Rules, Guidelines, and Best Practices. Why, because write correct codes also can get close to 0 marks if your code is not compact, efficient and exception safe in semester 3.

For math in semester 1, go learn these stuffs:

Good luck future juniors!

Erm you can ask around the seniors for second hand textbooks, but i strong recommend you to get the C textbook. Linear algebra and geometry... can borrow from library haha.. mainly need it for homework only. Rest... dont need buy.

Kaiser is right, advice for you guys. Go brush up your programming, your prior knowledge on the language not enough.

Sigh, I careless then got nuked at assignment. Else would have survived...
