Hahah. Many of us were when younger. Think now I'm in the monk like category. In fact many fathers I know are also in your xxxxxx category with many seks partners outside of marriage. Guess it's not mutually exclusive.

first step is to talk to your wife on what she wants before agreeing to the divorce. You need to ensure the terms she listed can be transfer into a legal document which the lawyers will help to prepare.

The rest will slowly fall into place piece by piece de.

From what I know, you can initiate 3 years separation via legal means. After 3 years separation, the divorce can proceed without her consent. Lawyers will be able to provide the details.

Rekindling your sex life will solve everything. You have to go find out why she doesn't want to have sex with you.

There is no such thing as loveless sexless marriage if you and your wife had sweet times before marriage

Like holding hands together, eating together, talk happily with each other, do what couples will do, how to end up in unhappy relationship or marriage

While many singles get hiewed by girls for no reason at all or girls see them no up

Relationship is not easy to get

I think TS is marrying out of convience, realized that marriage is not for him so want to get ideas on how to get out of marriage

2 points here.

Grounds for divorce. From what you wrote seemed to be that she is unwilling to file based on the terms provided (as you mentioned).
1) can you propose that she be the plaintiff instead? I.e. you are the fked up one.
2) you can move out and created the evidence of separation for 3 years, or create evidence of having "small3".

I believe you know that the "grounds for divorce" and "ancillary matters" are separate things.

So if you are insistent on the divorce, you might need to push some things in a certain way.

On the "matrimonial home", don't quite understand what you meant, is it joint ownership? The renovation receipts might help but don't bang on it.
There is no "fair trade" when it comes to division of assests. One party will definitely pay more monetarily (for freedom).

Moving forward, try to keep evidence (text, audio, video recordings).

Last but not least consult a lawyer...
