Grounds for divorce. From what you wrote seemed to be that she is unwilling to file based on the terms provided (as you mentioned).
1) can you propose that she be the plaintiff instead? I.e. you are the fked up one.
2) you can move out and created the evidence of separation for 3 years, or create evidence of having "small3".
I believe you know that the "grounds for divorce" and "ancillary matters" are separate things.
So if you are insistent on the divorce, you might need to push some things in a certain way.
On the "matrimonial home", don't quite understand what you meant, is it joint ownership? The renovation receipts might help but don't bang on it.
There is no "fair trade" when it comes to division of assests. One party will definitely pay more monetarily (for freedom).
Moving forward, try to keep evidence (text, audio, video recordings).
Last but not least consult a lawyer...
