Is the eTouch switch Broadlink 's own product? I thought it is just another 3rd party switch dat can work with broadlink?

Lik mcdsy mentioned, I tink ur only bet is to use the learn remote function to link up.

The only method is for physical controller to learn? Because I tried holding the switch for the rf light to blink to learn the frequency but it is not capturing it.

Any kind soul with this switch to upload it to user library?(The current one i found on user library doesn't work)

Will it work if I use another broadlink rm pro+(from my friend) to fire the signal via e-control and learn the signal on my broadlink rm pro+ in ihc?

Yup it is Broadlink's product. However in IHC, there are only 3 switches in the official library which is the TC2-1 TC2-2 and TC2-3. None of the 3 frequencies work. I am using the 20A single gang switch. Even in the E-Control app, the remote was found in the "Search cloud remote panel".

These switches are RF receivers... and there needs to be a pairing process. You won't be able learn the RF from the switches. Since you managed to find some presumably eTouch templates in the user library, what you can do is to go through the pairing process and fire off the RF from the template in iHC to pair with the switch. It may work for you. Getting your friend's RM Pro to fire off the RF while your RM pro may work too... but I reckon could be a hit and miss situation depending on the duration of the signal.

I'm also using etouch 20a single gang for my storage tank. You need to teach the switch RF code via remote. Press and hold until you see red blinking light on the top left hand corner. 2 blink = turn on, 3 blink = turn off, 4 blink = reset.

If you can't enable the learning mode via press and hold. Turn off your breaker for at least 10 sec. I managed to go into learning mode and teach the switch after restarting my breaker.

You need a remote to TEACH the switch a RF signal. Then use the same remote to TEACH rm pro (IHC) which signal do what

Okay I have successfully learnt the signal! I used the RF signal which was working in e-control library, borrowed my friend's RM Pro+ to fire this signal via e-control to my RM Pro+ while learning it in IHC. It's working in IHC now.

I would like to convert the switch into broadlink 3-gang switch but Im quite hesistant because of the note in the manual. The manual says that for LED or energy saving light, power load should be less than 100W/gang.

Supply for the LED strip is 60W x 2 = 120W.

Has anyone tried this one before? If so, for how long have you been using this set-up? Thanks!

You intend to use only 1 gang out of the 3 gang to control the 2 X 60w?
If yes, can consider etouch switch. Max 150w/gang.

Just bought 2 RM Mini 3 to place in the other rooms for IR controlling, but i'm unable to add it in the econtrol app.

The adding keeps failing, be it auto or via AP mode, on my router it shows connected thou
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Where did you buy your Mini 3 from?
I previously bought two Mini 3 (from taobao) but it was the wrong version - only works with TianMao 天猫精灵 (china), cannot pair in econtrol or IHC.

i can see aircon in master bedroom in Google home app, but when i say "hey google, turn on the air conditional" , google reply the air conditional not setup. what happen ? anyone can advice?

got it from shopee (SG seller). my rm pro was from lazada.
how to identify the version of the mini 3?

Yes, confirm its RF.. both my ceiling fans are Franco with RF fan.. I setup the living room one, only the master bedroom one... prolly it falls in the max range part..

1) How many air conditioners have you set up with IHC? I ask because you mentioned in 3) rooms, so I’m assuming there’s multiple air conditioners, which leads me to think your Google Home may be conflicted. One suggestion- change the name of your air conditioner in the masterbate room to Pikachu or Snorlax, some unique name, and test. It should work.

2) No you don’t, Google Assistant app on your mobile devices would suffice.

3) Assuming your air conditioner remotes are IR, refer to 1)

4) It’s normal, the local devices here refers to Google Home Mini, basically Google Home devices. You don’t have any, so it shows as zero perfectly fine.
