If you manage to get RM pro to learn the signal by switching on/off, this goes to show the switch somehow is acting like a transmitter... To get around the problem, you can easily create 1 lamp per gang of your switch on the iHC or eControl... Forget about pairing then.

I now paired all my yoogee switches to IHC only 2 switches i discovered that I brought WRONGLY and they are single control and this 2 switches will need a remote to control. No wonder I keep spending time doing it but it just doesn't seems to work.

Looks like in this case I will need to buy a remote just for this 2 switches? Or is there any other ways i can do to paired them up?

You might want to ask the Yoogee support to send you the iHC apk which they used in the Youku video link. I suspect the apk they used in mainland China is slightly different from what we download from Google Play. There is even no option to set to Chinese language when obviously the video link is depicting 智慧星 (iHC in Chinese). Their apk has the option of Yoogee pairing inside without needing to learn from a physical remote.

That's why you managed to learn the RF codes from them. If you buy multiple 2 way switches, the cost will definitely outstrip the cost of getting 1 way switches coupled with a USB remote. And if the iHC app allows pairing (like how eControl used to have), you don't even need a remote.

I think you might have mistaken RF code learning with pairing. They are actually 2 different ways of getting the switches to work with RM pro.

I have the IHC Broadlink and Dooya DT360 Curtain.

Had been trying to learn the freq of the remote but it just cannot be learn.

Anyone can advice how to learn and control the open and close of the curtain.

I got 6 sets from lazada for a friend’s place. Seller told me is the 2019 version. So far so good and they do have a year warranty.

The 2018 version which I got direct from China only rma 1 set but need send back so quite troublesome.

anyway, i can share what i know... , im using non-neutral wire switches as well, the brand im using is livolo.

So far they didnt give me any issues... but livolo switch are toggle-mode, meaning if u pair with a remote, the same button toggles it on when off, and toggle off when on.....

some other brands of non neutral switches available right now are Funry , MiniTiger, Broadlink TC2 ...

but i have follow the forum for awhile and there hav been complains on Broadlink TC2 switches have issue, lik spoilt after awhile or so, but recently i check with a seller in SG Carousell, there seems to hav a new 2019 enhanced TC2, therefore im asking ard if anybody have tried and whether the realiability improves ?

To try answer ur question,

1. what level led watts will kana flickering problem?
(think TC2 have the 100w per button restriction, and so mayb if too high watts will kana the flicker ? I'm not sure as i didn't encounter any issue with livolo switches so far )

2. For broad band tc2 no neutral, does it mean no on / off status?
(yes, almost all non neutral wire switches doesnt have feedback, which u cant see from app whether is it on/off in real-time, but i understand the new switch MiniTiger have eWelink/SmartLife app control as well, then if yes, it will have feedback status i believe, but i don't realli see anybody using this switch yet for now)

单控 requires a remote (or generate your own RF code) for the switch to learn the discrete Toggle, On & Off codes, so that it knows what action to take.

After that, get RM Pro to learn the same Toggle/On/Off codes.

Don't quite agree though... if you look at eControl, the app generates a random RF code to pair with the 1-way (单控) switch without needing a remote. The problem with iHC is that this feature was not replicated over. However, the link posted by Blackswan555 clearly showed that the China version of iHC actually has this feature... Not sure if this is the new iHC that was shared by Paul Hibbert previously.

Yes. You are right. I'm referring to the switch, not the app's (missing) feature.

For 1-way, it requires to learn (either from remote or app-generated) RF code.

For 2-way, it sends discrete ON/OFF RF codes, and the app can learn, it doesn't require the app to send random RF code for 2-way to learn.

The remote has few channel. But I am using one of channel.

Hello everyone i have 2 broadlink pro 1 inside my room and the other in the living room.

I also have 2 ir electric fan (same model) which i have both programmed. I created a scene in ihc for each of those electric fan. Both are working if i trigger them via the ihc app.

I Ihave added ihc in my google home account.

I can also see the scenes i created in ihc app.

I have set voice command "turn on the electric fan" to turn on the fan on my room and "open sesame" to trigger the fan in my living room.

Whenever i say ok google turn on the fan. The electric fan will turn on in my living room meaning everything is ok. The command is working properly wothout issue

But when i say open sesame nothing happens.

Voice command do not work for my living room electric fan but when i trigger the scene in ihc app it is working.

Do you know what is causing this..... I really need help here. Appreciate if anyone can assist. Ty!

"Open sesame" is a scene in your IHC scene? I believe you will need a GH routine "Open Sesame" to activate the iHC scene of "Open Sesame".

Does anyone have the same problem with using RM Pro to control multiple devices of the same brand and model?

For example I have 3 Toshiba aircons, 1 is living room, tested the link and it works on app and Google Assistant.

But, whenever I try to add another Aircon (2 others in master bedroom), the device only shoots to the AC in living room.

I have another 2 of same fans which I have not linked yet but I'm afraid it would be same problem.

Help?
