I'm using eTouch switches myself, but I don't have water heater at home- I'm using those gas water heater. If you have questions on Broadlink and eTouch products, you can contact this lady on Carousell called Desiree. She's the official distributor and she would be able to answer your questions. She was very helpful in me setting up my own DIY Home Automation.

Hi For those who using TC2 and Alexa,
Do you have any issues lately after updating both apps? My TC2 switch fail to response after updates...
Any one please help?

anyone using the RM Pro+ with Daikin Smiles series? Heard that there are some issues.

Those on livolo smart switches, how is their failure rate? Anyone using more than a year no issues ?

Also, you got it from carousell, aliexpress or taobao?

I'm using since feb last year. Consist a mixture of 1, 2 & 3 gang one way switches. Total installed 7 of it with some as spare. Mine bought from livolo official store from TaoBao and it is without Neutral.

So far all still works fine except for 1 of the 1 gang switch where the blue backlit light during off mode has gone off. Once switch on, the red backlit light still works. No concern to me.

You can make use of the remote, physical switch button and smart integration (via broadlink rm pro)
I make use of it for standing fans, iron, standing lamps, LED lights etc. You can make any manual on/off switch to a smart ones with it. For the price of 2 SP switch, you can get 5 of smartvue plugs.
