Have linked my BroadLink to Google home.

However it does not seem to switch on or off the ceiling fan lights via voice command on Google nest mini

No issues with siri though

I have no problem controlling my ceiling fan (via broadlink) with Google Home.
Did you link "ihc" or "broadlink" (blue B icon) in Google Home?

I used broadlink app. Never used ihc before.

I can switch on and off my ceiling fan with Google home. It’s the ceiling light that I can’t seem to switch on or off. Previously done it via BroadLink app and there’s no issue.

Only your Ceiling Fan is in Google Home, the light is not.
How you setup the light in Broadlink? Is it based on IR or RF or wifi?
One thing you could try is: unlink your Broadlink from your Google Home (so that your Ceiling Fan is no longer in Google Home) then re-link the Broadlink to your Google Home (you should see your Ceiling Fan and, hopefully, the Light).
If all fail, then you screenshot the Light in your Broadlink app so that we could help further.

Hmm I set up via RF

I try to unlink BroadLink from google home and Link again and all I saw were only these few options

Try to create a scene on your broadlink for on light and off light. Then on Google home you should be able to create a routine and set the command to activate the respective scene in your broadlink..

I’m using a similar set up as yours- a ceiling fan with a built-in lights and RF remote control. When you tell Google Home to turn on fan, it will only turn on the “on” button on your IHC/Broadlink app as you have screenshot. Google Home can only turn on or turn off the fan, it is unable to turn on your fan light.

So if you want to turn on the lights, you have to create a scene like another brother has explained and then crease a new routine under Google Home.

Alternatively, you can create another lamp on IHC/Broadlink app, and set it to learn the RF for on and off for your fan lights, then place it on whichever room you want on the Google Home app, say for example, living room. So when you say, turn on living room lights, it will turn on that particular lamp. But do take note- if you have multiple lamps placed in the living room, Google Home will turn on all the lamps in that particular room.

Hi to all, new here and i want to ask

I have already installed a broadlink RM4 mini and another one Broadlink RM4pro RF433mhz+IR device and I turn on and off air conditioners and TV set and I also have room temperature and humidity information.

1. It is true that broadlink can detect some door window sensors 433mhz? The Sonoff SW1 RF? (I tried this but i failed). Any other brands and types ?

2. If this is valid, I want the broadlink to turn off the air conditioner when someone opening a contact. Is it possible?

It's likely the on/off/switch is all using the same RF signal.. it's the controller on the light controlling base on the sequence of signal. So different routine doesn't matter as you still need to follow the sequence of the controller.
