I was there very very long time ago. Don't even remember the Japanese name of the shop. But it is at a staircase in the city leading to a Japanese restaurant at a basement unit. A place that sells affordable authentic Japanese food, many uni students eating there. The waitresses mostly are jap students.

I just did a search online. Seems like tap water is around the same price for Singapore and Australia.

Yup, normally they get it from Yagan Square. But if there is no stock there, then the seagulls by the Swan river are good alternatives! :s13:

can we buy existing house and land in Australia? as investment? i heard new land don't have good capital growth..
