Not true. Travelled to Bangkok recently, landed in BKK airport on 8th May. Did my e-arrival card prior. Went to the e-gate as per normal. No issue

Weird, there's suppose to be a single lane for HK & SG passport holders.
Maybe it was changed for that day, but don't make sense.

Recently just went and it was there which I utilised.

I landed on 9th May at Suvarnabhumi airport, egate can still be used. Nobody checked my E-arrival card though.
