I just converted my expired $0 to the $8 plan. Am I entitled to the get free $8 promo? If so, when will the $8 be given?

Any idea/info if in near future Eight will provide any of these options?
1. Tag multiple lines into one account
2. Ability to swap e-Sim through app or website, its so troublesome that we have to go Service Centre when trying to switch phones!

IDD - international direct dialing- for you to make overseas call

Does roaming covers calls and SMS?

• Our plans do include 288mins roaming calls back to Singapore and at the destination you roam at! For SMS, there will be no issues to receive OTP but our plans do not include outgoing SMS at the moment.

Yea I think SIMBA one uses voip to call and receive from Singapore. I think eight uses normal call, so it is listed as IDD

Ok lah to me as consumer i think no difference. As long as it is included in the base subscription price. 288min of IDD for me more than enough.

Recently called Eight Singapore from Eight Batam. ..it wasn't working....also the reverse not working!

But data...Whatsapp...no problem.
