I recently ported my mobile from StarHub to Eight Mobile and activated the SIM card as per your instructions, using the temporary Eight Mobile number.

Last night, my StarHub line was terminated, and I swapped the Eight SIM into my phone. However, it has been showing "No Service" since then, and I am unable to use the SIM.

Am i missing some steps?

Funny that porting from SH itself to their own MVNO got issue. Face palm. Hope it gets resolves asap.

Oh, did you check if your original Starhub SIM card is working?

For port-in failure, the number will be returned to the original service provider...

If his Starhub line is back, it could be port-in rejected by Eight. Should check with the Starhub line and CSO then.

perhaps you may call 1633 mno to check. wonder why port in is not successful. do update us once is resolved.

For the same context, i will troll the spf also. Last time said Yamaha bike is good and can fulfill the officers’ needs, now suddenly change BMW R1200RT leh.
Last time used for the car used WRX, then change to Volvo and now back to BMW.

simba give how much roaming data also no use, their local network is too lousy. Can't get signal in a lot of places, unstable connections and in CBD, frequent disconnection. How to use like that?

temp no can use immediately and no port with in 2 working day i think
