Correct, you need to moderate your expectations. 3 to 20 Mbps indoors is quite standard for 4G. Outdoors should be faster.

Since many of us top up the wallet until this or that Christmas, there won't be a reason to log in unless to change plan and such. Can manually record the deductions if the additional data and such are worth the effort.
Really wish Eight will make it easier for users to manage data-only plan (AND adjust the cost), like Simba.

To be more specific for eight wallet credit, one needs to have sufficient credit inside his/her eight wallet and enable Auto-Recharge either in the Eight App or online for auto renewal.
A friendly reminder. Got people complain eight never remind them about renewal then suddenly lapse coz they forgot turn on auto recharge, also got ppl complain this is a bit annoying wanna block it. So it depends on your preference lol.

Starhub account based leh, login to account with credentials then can view all accounts.
