Yeah I am hoping that v30 has an unlocked boot loader and pixel 2 xl is a clone of v30.

That I can mod the v30 to custom rom just like the good old nexus 5 and LG g2 days

Yes, G4 is still locked.. Lousy Goods doesn't want to unlock it even their users are begging for it! The petition is totally useless..
