Trust your instincts.

Tesla model 3 rwd will match audi A4 /Merc C class handling. The model 3 highland model is with good finishing and new car with guaranteed reliability versus unknown used car reliability.

Another advantage for EV is it's silent, can stealth creep up on pedestrians not looking at road and the heavier EV weight also help to ensure lesser chance of survival. So good choice for those considering 2nd career to being hired killer

I compare BYD seal vs Toyota only 10k more.

Toyota is expensive in Singapore and around the world, the mark up is relative high.

However, Toyota has huge fans in the big countries in USA, China and Japan. All under the name of reliability. That is why Toyota can boldly mark up their price.

BYD has been focusing on getting market shares with lower price and trying to retain customers.

Yesterday just saw 1 on tow truck. Didn't survive after the "ponding".

However, Toyota has huge fans in the big countries in USA, China and Japan. All under the name of reliability. That is why Toyota can boldly mark up their price.

Original brake pads vs OEMs. And many year and wear parts. For many jap and kor traditional car brands.

Zeekr does have a few fun tricks up its sleeve, though. Want to yell at pedestrians to cross? There’s a speaker for that. Feeling whimsical? Blast some animal sounds instead. It’s gimmicky, sure, but at least it’s memorable. I love it; where else can you neigh at a passing stranger?

I got go see. Too futuristic for me at the moment but if you can stomach it. Can consider.

actually other than ev using motor instead of ICE, the other parts are relatively similar.

Single gear/dual gear gearbox and atf fluids vs conventional ICE gearbox and atf fluids
differential fluids
brake abs module and brake fluids
battery coolant/electric motor coolant vs engine coolant.

It is a misunderstanding that EV needs minimum maintenance. It is like saying toyota needs to maintain once every 5 years and then sell the toyota away.
