No need also leh. Just print the paper they emailed when u request for refund and pass the phone full set with the printout to the courier can liao.

I tot need carton box?

I always return they ask me pack the box inside into carton box and paste the paper on it. LOL

Edit: Cant return from account. Cuz I brought it for an exchange before. So I can only bring to store liao.

Like I said B4, it's full refund. I have CFM n double CFM with staffs at Apple store.

Dont know if this is iOS 11 or iphone x but whenever i screen cap, the preview of the image always appears at bottom left of screen & sometimes i can flick it away, sometimes its there for long time. Anyone else get this?

just swipe left. e screenshot will be saved in yr camera roll

Why my reminder sometimes out of 4. One will have the sentence bolded. Sometimes all 4 normal un-bold wordings

Is the space gray side band easily scratched? Eg if you use your fingernails to scratch it, does the coating comes out easily?

Nope, has gone through alcohol, cloth wipes, daily usage(open bottom case) and have had no issues with my space grey steel bands. Has to be a hard contact or a sharp item
