EUR/USD to Slide Near-Term, But Next Big Move Is Higher: Danske Bank -- Market Talk
Tue Apr 17 11:04:00 2018
1504 GMT - In the near-term, EUR/USD is likely to continue trading between 1.21 and 1.26, according to Danske Bank. In 12 months, however, it is likely to rise to 1.28, the bank says. "Our medium-term story remains unchanged: a turn in the capital tide from USD to EUR is brewing as the relative attractiveness of EU vs. U.S. assets is on the rise," analysts from Danske Bank say. Short-term, however, "if the U.S. holds up better than the euro zone growth- and earnings-wise, then equity flows could weigh on the cross." EUR/USD is last down by 0.3% at 1.2346 Tuesday.
