I said before many times. JPY is a seasonal currency. Once work year starts in April Japanese exporters will dump JPY to boost exports.

All the best to you if you want to long JPY now. The prata has flipped for now until the next cycle.

You can go research Futures contracts. Slowly the big boys are trimming JPY longs.

Historically, when would the position change?

JPMorgan Sees Euro Higher by End-2018 -- Market Talk
Tue Apr 17 10:46:00 2018

1446 GMT - The euro is likely to hold its ground and "possibly move higher" this year, according to Michael Bell, global market strategist at JPMorgan. One reason behind this is eurozone's massive surplus compared to the U.S. deficit. Another one is that on a purchasing power parity, the euro "looks cheap," Mr. Bell says. Despite the fact that some eurozone data has come in flat lately, the common currency has traded in a range against the dollar in recent months. EUR/USD is last down by 0.3% at 1.2344. EUR/USD to Slide Near-Term, But Next Big Move Is Higher: Danske Bank -- Market Talk
Tue Apr 17 11:04:00 2018

1504 GMT - In the near-term, EUR/USD is likely to continue trading between 1.21 and 1.26, according to Danske Bank. In 12 months, however, it is likely to rise to 1.28, the bank says. "Our medium-term story remains unchanged: a turn in the capital tide from USD to EUR is brewing as the relative attractiveness of EU vs. U.S. assets is on the rise," analysts from Danske Bank say. Short-term, however, "if the U.S. holds up better than the euro zone growth- and earnings-wise, then equity flows could weigh on the cross." EUR/USD is last down by 0.3% at 1.2346 Tuesday. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/04/17/goldman-sachs-earnings-q1-2018.html

Goldman Sachs just posted the best equities trading results in 3 years as the bank profits from this roller coaster market

Goldman Sachs really gotta thank Uncle Trump... volatility times are the easiest times to make money.. but also the easiest times to lose money :o

Volatility is good for trading but not good for investment.

Intraday trading is very profitable for brokerage commissions.
