How many piece per day? I just googled about the soft chicken bone. Interesting. Didn’t know it can help joints 😱
One. That is a lot more than those supplement collagen type 2, that is only 40mg per dose.

No need to go physiotherapy etc, waste time and take long long time to recover.

Go for TCM that specialized sport injury. Limited movement due inflammation. The TCM will release blood from the affected area. The dark color blood will flow out till fresh red blood is seen.

Almost immediately, u see drastic improvement in your condition. A few of my friends already recovered within a week, compared to their physiotherapy session which took 6 months without visible result

I take that soft bone on the chicken breast. My persistent tennis elbow healed after taking that daily for two months. This is the best and most potent type 2 collagen for joint
Meaning have to buy many chicken breast? Hard to find just the soft bone of the breast without the breast meat I think. Gonna try it too

Can share the clinic address, how much does it cost? I believe it’s called blood cupping.

Thats what i thought so too. I thought it will be difficult to find just the soft bone or have to find it by buying whole chicken cos many chicken breast are packed without bone at the supermarket

didn’t know online also have 😱

I went to market this morning and finally found one stall selling soft bone without ribcage!
Usually stalls sells either with breast meat or without breast meat but with entire rib cage and neck.
