can guarantee nobody tell chu this.. go get ultrasound on your shoulder, see what's the issue

If u didn't injure your shoulder, it COULD mean some fluid accumulation.. need to drain

I got it years ago. First time went hospital, they asked to do exercise with a stick. After a few weeks, I stopped. Lasted about 9 months. Second shoulder got it a couple of years later. Luckily it was less severe and lasted 5 months. Basically there isn't much you can do, just live with it and it will go away.
The whole process takes about 1-2 years. Don't waste money on doctors, physiotherapists.

Thaw it lor
True, the blood vessels all bullying the nerves around the shoulder joints. Got to "thaw the blood" around the shoulder joints.
Exercise "swinging , massaging, stretching towels, etc" will thaw out the clogs. No cure, strong panadols maybe.
It should be called "lazy" shoulder. After volunteering to hang up heavy laundry with rod, cured itself for me. Very common around the age of 50, a passing stage of life. Physios, MRI etc expensive

Frozen shoulder is common. Just rest for few days. Don't do anything. Don't waste money on physiotherapy. It will heal by itself.
My physiotherapist also said the same thing, will heal by itself, dunno how long, depends on individual.

Exercise is just to maintain the range of motion, won't help in recovery. My friend didn't do any stretching exercise also recovered after 1.5y.

Real frozen shoulder will heal by itself (may not be back to 100%).

And it may take up to 2 years. Those that could heal by resting a few days were not frozen shoulders.

If you want to speed up the healing and reclaim the range of motion, must do exercises diligently.

Recently its getting worse. Just stand 9 hours at work and whole shoulder became stiff after work every day.

how to get better?

Go see polyclinic, get referral to hospital sports medicine/occupational therapy/physio-therapy, go do the exercises they recommend, will get better one. Go earlier better than go later.

Can able to move or swing my arm up/down after stretching (have to do it slowly) . If didn’t stretch, upper right side of my shoulder became stiff and totally cannot lift up my arm at all after 9 hours of standing

I take that soft bone on the chicken breast. My persistent tennis elbow healed after taking that daily for two months. This is the best and most potent type 2 collagen for joint

Not sure if you are customer-facing, but you can do some stretching during your meal breaks at least. Do the stretch slowly.

When I was doing the exercises, I would stretch it a bit into the pain threshold, but not too far into it (don't over do!). A little pain is ok but not too much. Need to do it regularly, else the range would become narrow again. Fyi only.

Lastly, a reminder to see doctor.
