Google pay suddenly stopped functioning when all setting unchanged

Did you guys checked if your device is still "Certified" under the Play Protection Certification; found under Setting in the Google Play App.

I contacted Google support about the issue, too. Let's all push Google to fix it!

It shows Device is Certified. GPay doesn't work for me on public transport.

Personally think it's a MIUI issue. I previously flash from CN ROM to EU ROM and everything has been working fine but now GPAY is only working partially; i.e., can't be used in stores but only for online purchases....

It affected even Pixel phones, so should not be MIUI issue

For those who are unable to find the uninstall updates option for your google play services like me previously.

Go to settings, search for device admin apps. disable whatever is there, like find my device etc.

after that got to settings - apps - google play services, the uninstall option should be available. After which, you all can install whichever version that works as provided by bros and sis here. Then go to google pay, it will prompt you all to add card again.
Note : I do not know if it will affect anything in the phone, but for me so far so good. so don't blame me if phone got issues after that, i not sexpert. cheers

mine shows device is certified. goggle pay still can work for public transport.

just need to uninstall google play services update. and clear all data on google pay (or do a reinstall)

Wow ok, so all along I thought it's a MIUI issue because of they don't provide GMS framework for CN ROM phone sets and sided loaded GMS don't work anymore.

Update. i have tried GPS ver 21.15.15 on Apkmirror.
Now my phone can detect MRT gantry and vibrate but show error: that didnt work.

Maybe wait for newer ver of GPS then

If you want to use GPay during this time, only 1 choice. Uninstall GPS update, and install the app: Net Blocker.
Block Google play store from accessing internet. Only unblock when you want to download app. Then quickly block again.
