GST included. No PID. This is really a basic machine for entry level. Cannot expect too much.

that’s good pricing for a rocket. I always loved the look of rocket machines. But like testerjp, I appreciate the convenience of joysticks wand (on my bezzera) anytime now.

No brew pressure cannot tell if something gone wrong.
But a good looking machine.

Anyway you can get full featured E61 at cheaper prices from Bezzera.
If want small, the Bezzera BZ10/BZ13 is smaller with double gauge and fast start up time. Still cheaper.

Finally completed the setup, dialed in briefly to a good starting point now.

Slight shift in the grinder brings about a significant change in taste. Lots of exploration to come.

Yes, they get their greens from Daterra. It never taste so good since I started using their beans. I was using bean-to-cup previously. Yucks...

I used only 14 g and brew around 45-50 ml. I think I'm over extracted due to too fine grinds.

Just a dumb question. You guys only switch on your coffee machine when you feel like drinking? Or do you use a timer to power it on at specific timings to be all hot and ready when you wanna get your cuppa?

I am the latter. But that would also mean sometimes I will leave it on but I didn't actually use it.

SG average temperature is so much hotter than in Europe and America, i think the start up time should be sooner.
