see many videos like got a lot of variety

but i find 2 type light roast taste more the same floral, tingly and drying

while 2 medium dark roast also similarly, both smokey heavy and tingly oily

gotch some really can taste a bit fruitiness, almost like very faint strawberry milk or melon milk taste when added with milk

i think when first started out we can only tell it's either sour, bitter, or both, after a while will learn how to pick up the subtle taste

same as single malt whisky, starting it just burns and bitter

probably better to upgrade grinder than espresso machine, can squeeze every last bit of taste from your beans

Not everyone can taste all the fine notes, everyone's sensitivity in the taste bud is different.

You would probably be having better luck finding a wider bouquet of flavours from a blend, from a medium roast pure arabica. But these coffee are IMO, very volatile and are much harder to extract.

Whenever i go Alchemist and order a cup, I always see them pouring away their espressos and they can't even get their extraction constant even though the settings and the beans they use are constantly the same. I would pay attention to their flow rate and how long they extract.

Also whether you or your family really like these profiles is a question because they could really get more acidic and weak, different from the usual coffee people had in their whole life. :(

One noob question.
Is those nespresso , dolce gutso etc machine , make coffee from capsule all bitter/not sweet one?
even if you add in starbucks mocha capsule etc?

only way is to manually add in creamer/sugar etc?

but have to calibrate flat burrs regularly, scared contaminate food item
NZ clean also very easy for those with OCD i see. :o

but i found on reddit that NZ is stinky, they act blur sell it higher outside UK.
499 in UK is included 20% VAT
by right export out of UK should less the 20% (499 / 1.2), now we pay UK VAT and SG GST. And NZ dont even need to report VAT. :o

the VAT issue many has been talking about it.

What they came to was that the item was passed to another party to do the delivery therefore it has "change hands" in UK therefore VAT cannot be claim
