I used grabpay to buy Khalid concert tickets but now they cancelled the show and will refund in 14 business days by sistic email. So what should i do next?

Just set a reminder to check your grabpay 3 weeks later n then forget abt it lor

Seriously, grab n sistic will not eat up your refund. Of cos there will be accidents, tats y still have to check. But most of the time will be okay de, n you dun have to bother abt it.

the last time i top up is on 21st nov and i still got the 3% reabte. but cant really rmb when the MCC for mastercard change.

No points. Plus have a irrating 10 cents charge which will be offsetted when the cumulated amount is charged.

thank you. guess have to see what other payment i can use on for the rest of my 1k payment on Manhattan card then.

maybe i will still do a test of $20 top up so we know in the future.

Agree. Not only is the points earned lower, the points needed to redeem also higher.

Just paid via online and app, confirmed no issue and can earn useless points. Aside, paid AIA insurance premiums, no more awarding of points already.

So for the physical grabpay card, I’ll need to top up money into my grab wallet first before I can use it to make payment? Or does it work like a credit card and bill to me at end of the cycle?
