i have this problem before. go to developer settings and turn off "oem unlocking".

2) Go to settings (tap the gear icon on top right)

3) Tap all payment methods

4) tap and hold on the card you want to delete then tap delete.

I ended up didn't unlink cos it requires me to re log in to UOB again and unlinking will only be done via UOB's aproval or something..
I scared my points being clawed back

So I'll leave it for a while, until i spend my points away then unlink
