Midtown Modern.. but just purely from own stay perspective cos I am keen on Bugis. I wouldn’t buy the 1b or 2b1b though cos too small for comfort..

I think looking at both one-north and Bugis, both serves really well as investment properties but Bugis can be a really lively ownstay throughout the whole week. I personally think Bugis can be really nice to stay.

721 abit small. For me, at least 751 sft or 70sqm.

Attractive location though.

ONE... unless got a lucky ballot number, hard to get a good unit (not many good units to begin with)

I also believe its the same for MM. This kind of low quantum 2BR units sure hard to get. Remaining Midtown Bay 2BR mostly going over 2 mil.
