stacks facing tan quee lan might kena abit west sun haha. went down with my dad for a site visit. for now, we prefer stacks 12 and 16 facing but these are 3 rooms. so might be overkill on the budget. see how it goes. if really too far from budget, just got to come down back to earth.![]()

For rental definitely 2b1b cos it’s lower in quantum, thus translates to higher rental yield, in fact the 1bedder would be optimal if rental.
