For the first time in my life, i am unable to request fee wavier for my 365 credit card. Tried to do online and phone banking but still get rejected. How?

My card had a credit card fraud on 13 Nov 2020 for "AMZNMktplace amazon.co.uk GB" with a charged amount of $54.60.
I have submitted a dispute.

But why is this transaction still billed to me in my latest credit card statement?

Why am I being charged for credit card fraud?

I was registering an Business Growth Account on your site, and after I choose to retrieve using MyInfo, your website populate my race as Malaysian... it should be Malay, not Malaysian!

Top up using 360acct to SRS under OCBC. Got deduct 360 acct but never reflect in SRS.

Hi there,

SRS contribution via OCBC INB/MB will be process immediately if the transaction is done between Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm excluding Public Holiday.

However, do note that it may not be reflected immediately. Please allow some time.

BCIP is not eligible for invest bonus interest on the 360 account.

As for the counters you will be able to invest in for BCIP, it can be found here:

The list will be updated if any new counters are added.
