OCBC,
I changed my mobile device and would like to activate my OneToken to a new device.
Called the hotline and deactivated it.
Yet, when I tried to activate at new device it kept giving activation not successful.
Why?
For POSB, it was seamless. Email and SMS did the trick, set up to new device in less than 5 minutes. OCBC I had to call the hotline in the afternoon to deactivate at old device and now I am not able to set up at new device?
