Hi OCBC,

I am having issues activating OneToken on my Galaxy s10+. It says my phone has some potential security risks. I saw the reviews on Play Store for the ocbc app and it seems s10+ has issues with OneToken. Can you fix this please?

My device is not rooted for avoidance of doubt. I can activate digital token for DBS, uob, scb citi and singpass. Only issue is with ocbc. Please help!

Thank you for your interest. However, the promotion is only applicable for new OCBC card members who put in the application during the promotion period of 1st March 2019 to 30th April 2019.
