Hi, can i apply for a cashier's order online?

Also, I am applying a cashiers order payable to OCBC, still need to pay 3rd party c/o fee?

Hi there,

Cashier's Order can only be purchased at our branches.

Cashier’s Order Issuance Payable to Own Name is free. If it is made payable to a third party, there will be a fee of S$5

Hi laucm,

GrabPay top-up will be counted towards the minimum spend and will be awarded 0.3% rebate. As for Favepay, could you advise us if you are checking on FavePay top-up or making transactions via FavePay with your 365 credit card?

Hi,
Is spending on the OCBC Cashflo Credit Card counted as spending for OCBC 360 account?

Hi there,

Yes, spend made on your Cashflo credit card will count towards the Credit Card Spend bonus interest for your 360 account. If the transaction is broken down into 3 or 6 months instalment, only the monthly instalment amount will qualify.

Hi there,

Yes, it should count, but let us check on it again with the relevant department. We will get back to you by tomorrow.

If I make payment through CardUp or iPayMy using the Cashflo credit card, am I eligible for the 1% rebate if the monthly payment is more than $1000?

Hi there,

Currently, transactions with the mentioned merchants with the Cashflo card will be eligible for 1% rebate if your card spend is $1,000 and above.

Do note that if the transactions are on Instalment Payment Plan (by the merchant), it will not be eligible for rebates.

Why would you do that? There's no benefit to paying nett 1.25% or 1.6% for this.

Hi there,

For funds transfer via GIRO, it will take around 2 to 3 business days. As the 20th was a public holiday, you should expect to receive the funds by 23rd May.
