Good day to you. From 6th June onwards, Visa is accepted for train and bus rides. Would OCBC be having any promotion eg 20% off capped at $5 etc?

The bank does from time-to-time hold promotions for selected group of customers. However, I’m afraid the selection is based on the bank’s internal criteria.

Hi OCBC,

Recently I've made a Grabpay wallet top-up using my FRANK credit card but was only awarded 0.3% cashback for that transaction while the rest of my online purchases had gotten 6%.

So would like to know if Grabpay top-ups using FRANK credit card falls under 6% online shopping category?

It does not have the NETS Flashpay feature, so you won't be able to tap it at MRT or bus gantries

It is still possible to use the hardware token to log in to Internet Banking. Do note that if you had already successfully activated OneToken (digital token), and would like to revert to hardware token / SMS-OTP, you will have to call our hotline (1800 363 3333) to request for deactivation of the OneToken.
