You don't get it. It is not about what phone model im using. The screenshots show that YOUR android app is broken regardless of what android phone anyone is using

This is ridiculous

Cant access ocbc app on android cause of the stupid one token which says theres some risk in my phone

Cant access mobile website cause it requires one token authorisation which gets rejected in android

cant login on desktop for the same reason.

cant change to SMS OTP cause the stupid login keeps asking for one token... cant even disable one token... it says can manually get otp from from pressing a one token button but if click that it says ive not activated onetoken

So im basically locked out of my ocbc account

And its not my phone issue.... every google review is saying the same thing

If you guys are not gonna fix this, im gonna shoot a email to MAS

to ocbc, for the promotion $54, my aunt sign a 'commitment' form over the counter while doing online transfer at home for a standard amt deposited within 3 days. but now she intend to deposit more than the amt the form stated using online transfer from her other bank. will the extra amt deposit also qualify for the $54 promotion? i understand so long its fresh fund under t&c, any amt deposited before 31 Aug with multiple of $5k shall qualify even if its deposited separtely, is that correct? or there's a form to sign for every deposit for this promo

edit: it's ok, I've found out the ans. You have to fill in a form(eform/over the counter) for the amt of money that you want to deposit. If you decided to deposit more money after the form is filled with the amt deposited, you will need to fill in another form for the new deposit amt. hope I'm correct

Hello OCBC,

It is very hard to get through to your call center, especially on the credit card front. This has not improved over the last 5 years. I have compared this with other bank call center response. OCBC is dead last.

Sigh...OCBC...what did u do to the mobile app. Now my phone is a security risk as per earlier posts.

I thought I was the only one, but now OCBC app keeps flagging phone as "potential risk".

Previously its no issue, now lock me out of my account. Jialat lah OCBC

No use one. I email many times before. They refuse to tell me why my phone is flagged as a security risk. Am I expected to reset my phone and reinstall each app one by one?

We hear you, and we really are sorry that the mobile banking app cannot be used on your phone

As a workaround, can we suggest deactivating the OneToken first? And you continue logging in with your previous hardware token or SMS

However, to deactivate your OneToken, we will need your contact number. Can we trouble you to PM us? And we'll arrange for our customer service team to assist you with the deactivation.

my aunt did it this way so hopefully it works but if really unsure, better go down to ocbc counter

Yes, instead of visiting our branches, you can fill in the online registration form. You can choose the option to open a new account, or to deposit into an existing savings account

After filling in the form, we will get back to you in 3 weeks to confirm eligibility of the deposited funds
