your app got problem

just now and before, when my ocbc is open, transferring from sc to ocbc, ocbc balance do not go up, need to login again

also, when ocbc timeout, will pop out full screen and block whatever I'm doing

Is it true if I don't spend a minimum amount of money for OCBC CC, they will not waive off my annual fee?

What is the minimum amount to spend?

Annual service fee will be levied when cardholders do not meet the minimum spend required. This information can be found on our website, as well as on the back page of the monthly credit card statement.

Do refer to https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/help-and-support/credit-cards.html#automatic-annual-fee-waiver for more details on the required spend.

I think I spent around that amount or even more.

In this case, I would like to cancel my cc card. How do i go to do about it

If you have met the required spend within the card's anniversary year, the annual service fee should be waived off.

Could you give us a call at 1800 363 3333? Our service executive will be able to check on your card account and assist.

I am having the same problem which I try to activate my One Token.
I am using Huawei P30 Pro.

Try uninstall
Try download Mcafee and scan virus suggest by CS. After scan all good.

Still have the same error "Potential Security Risk"

Try others banks no issues.

After changing my access code. I managed to activate OneToken.

Just changed my phone to S10+ and i'm unable to login to my OCBC mobile banking app now. Issue with onetoken, keep telling me theres potential security risks in my phone. And everytime after i delete and reinstall the app, activation shows error 41101.

Have watched the first time login animation on your app multiple times already. Please advise what i need to do. Am someone uses the app often and this is really frustrating...

Try uninstall the ocbc app, scan threats with antivirus, and delete all VPN apps then reinstall the ocbc app. This work for me

Have you change your access code(login in name) from IC to others?
If have than you will need to call OCBC hotline to remove your old phone from their system and try again.

We will arrange for our service executive to call & assist you with the deactivation of OneToken. You may then continue using your hardware token or SMS OTP to access our online banking platforms.

Please share your Bank registered contact number with us via private message. Thank you.

After today's update, the only minor issue (app cannot exit properly by tapping the back button) is resolved. It's working 100% for me now. And there's improvement in general UI too. 👍
