After today's update, the only minor issue (app cannot exit properly by tapping the back button) is resolved. It's working 100% for me now. And there's improvement in general UI too. 👍

Hi PC-User,

Glad to hear your positive feedback! (=

Hi PippingCafe,

Are you able to view under 'what you have' > 'Investments' section?

hi, i made a transaction of around 200sgd(overseas online e-retailer through paypal) recently using a plus! CC. Order was cancelled on the day itself and the refund was credited in a few days.

however, there is a shortfall of around 6% of the original transaction, may i know what is the cause here?

It's probably the exchange rate. It could be different when you made the purchase & when the refund was made.

Hi, does klook qualify for online travel rebates for ocbc 365?

Hi shm725,

Klook purchases will be awarded 3% online travel cash rebate.

Do note that you will be required to spend a minimum of $800 based on posted transactions in a calendar month, to qualify for the tier up rebate.

Hi OCBC,

For 360 account, can I giro or interbank transfer from a third party account to 360 account and described it as salary.

I also have a structured investment with OCBC for tenure of 11 months and it may be redeemed by OCBC according to event on a fixed date of each month. Is this product eligible for 360.

I have NTUC Plus visa card. Is spending also considered as eligible product.

If I were to withdraw money now and then and keeping the balance close to the limit of 70k, will I be getting about 3.4% pa on the balance?

Thanks.

Hi henrylbh,

Only legitimate salary crediting via GIRO from your company will be eligible for the Salary bonus interest. Simply using a third party account to make GIRO transfer to your account and stating the description as Salary will not count.

Please refer to our website for the list of investment products and the eligibility criteria for it to be counted towards the Wealth bonus - https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/accounts/360-account.html.

Spending on your NTUC Visa credit card will count towards the Credit Card Spend bonus. Do note that these transactions will not qualify:

•Balance transfers
•Cash advance
•Cashwise
•Smartchange
•Fund transfers
•Fees and charges

More details on the bonus interests can be found under the 'Questions you may have' section on the website: https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/accounts/360-account.html
