Hi OCBC
For titanium rewards card, can i own both pink and blue. Is the rewards capped at 120000 points per card? Total i can get 240000 points for both cards?

Hi,

Yes, you will be able to hold on to both the Pink and Blue card. Each card will be capped at 120,000 OCBC$.

Hi ocbc. Can't seem to login to my account via app after updating to Android 10. I am also unable to make payment via enets when promoted for authorization thru app. Neither can I login to the web account as it also require app authorization. Now I cannot make payment and view my transactions.

Hi camerah,

Can you try deleting & reinstalling the mobile banking app?

Hi OCBC,

Was wondering how do cancelled/reversed transactions on 365 credit card affect the spend requirements for 360acct bonus interest and the card's cashback.

Assume 1st Aug i have a transaction of $200 but on 15th Sep that transaction got fully refunded back to my 365 credit card by the merchant.

Do i have to clock extra $200 spending in the month of Sep, in order to qualify for 'spend bonus' in 360acct? Similarly, do i need to clock $1000 instead of $800 in Sep for 365 credit card to fulfil the minimum spending for enhanced cashback rates?

Hi Jaxonnie,

If the amount has been refunded, you will be required to spend another $200 to be eligible for the 360 account spend bonus interest.

On your second query, you will have to make a spending of $1,000 as well. In order to qualify for the tier up cash back, do note that the transactions (min of $800 spend) will have to be posted in a calendar month.

Hi OCBC,

Do you actually check your PMs?

I have an existing 360 account and wish to apply for the FRANK debit card. In your website it says that I could apply for the card and link it with my existing OCBC account.

However just before I submit the application form, it says that a new account will be created for me. There isn’t any option for me to do the linkage at all

Hi OCBC,

For purchase of UT online, there is a sales charge of 0.88%.
Is there any other fees (annual fees, management fees, withdrawal fees etc) typically involved with UT as well?

Hi rabidbulldog,

The promo sales charge is 0.88%. To view all other fees & charges payable for each respective fund, you may refer to the product highlights sheet which can be found on our website.
