Hi there,

Once the OneToken has been activated, customers will no longer need to / be able to use SMS-OTP or the hardware token to access Online and Mobile Banking services. The OneToken will be used for authentication during these sessions.

If you will be activating OneToken, do ensure that push notification on your device is turn on.

OK, thanks.

Hi there, I'm using a S10+ and suddenly, I get the security risk error even though I'm on Android 9. It worked fine for a while previously (had issues a few months ago). Please fix this.

Really tempted to switch to another bank after all the troubles i've had this year.

Same here but i am using Samsung Note 10 but I manage to setup the OneToken on my secondary android phone running on Android 10. Please do work on your app compatibility soonest!

In the end after much work I used secure folder to set it up. But I don't really trust the onetoken anymore. Going to switch back to hardware token...

Hi Micheal,

BCIP cannot be applied for via the mobile banking app. However, you will be able to apply via Internet Banking on your mobile browser via desktop mode.

Hi both,

The relevant department is looking into the issues Android using customers are having with our mobile app. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.

If you need us to arrange for our service executive to call and assist with OneToken deactivation in the mean time, do drop us a private message.

Hi there,

You will not be able to request for early statement for your credit card. If you would like to view the transactions that have been made on your card, you could log in to Internet Banking / Mobile Banking. The transactions will be shown.

Hi again!

I have tried a few times to activate OneToken on my android OCBC app but it says:

The activation has failed as potential security risks were detected in you phone. Access to OCBC Mobile Banking app is now limited.

I tried again and sometimes it just keep buffering non-stop.

Please help! I logged onto the desktop OCBC website but cannot find the OneToken option.

Hi kuti,

When you are on OneToken and would like to login via desktop, you will need your mobile device in order to authenticate the login.

Could you drop us a private message if you require further assistance on this?

Thank you.

Hi ocbc,

I am thinking of applying for a Frank credit card..

I have a question regarding online shopping rebates like say grab/comfortdelgro/gojek etc, using this card.
This card gives 6% rebates on online spending correct? But what I want to clarify is, is it correct that I will only get this 6% rebate if I spend an additional $400/month offline?
Ie, if i dont hit the $400 offline spending, all my online spending rebates will become 0.3%? Or am I understanding this wrongly?

Also, would you recommand this card over say the 365?

Thanks.

Hi there,

If you are looking to get cashback for telcom and utilities bill payment, you could consider applying for the 365 credit card.

The 365 credit card will give you 3% cashback for recurring telco bills (StarHub, Singtel, M1, MyRepublic and CirclesLife) and recurring electricity bills.

SimplyGo transactions will be eligible for 3% cashback as well.

The 3% cashback will only be applicable if you meet the minimum spend of $800.

More details on the 365 credit card here: https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/cards/365card.html

As for debit cards, SimplyGo and utilities transactions will not be eligible for cashback.

Do refer to https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/cards/index.html for the different cards that we offer, and the benefits that comes with it.

Hi there,

Yes, your understanding is correct. To enjoy 6% online shopping rebate, you will need to meet the minimum offline spend of $400, otherwise 0.3% will be given instead.

Which card to get is really dependent on your personal preference. If you are someone who shops a lot, then yes, the FRANK card would suit you better than the 365 credit card.

Do take a look at our website to see what are the type of transactions that will give you higher rebates on each of the card.

365: https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/cards/365card.html

FRANK: https://www.frankbyocbc.com/products/cards/credit-card

Because it says my phone has a security risk right now.
I have been trying to call OCBC for the past 1 hour but the line is so busy.
Can you help me?
By the way, I'm using a Samsung Note 10+.

Hi OCBC,

I have problem when logging in my OCBC mobile app. Usually it logged in immediately after scanning my fingerprint, but it asked for authorization instead, when i press "Confirm" it shows transaction failed.

I tried to uninstall the app and now when I login from mobile app, it asked me to go to OCBC mobile banking app and tap OneToken and select OTP. The only option I have is to click cancel and return to the home page and select OneToken. After selecting OneToken, it asks you to login your account and go to "Setting" and activate OneToken.

After multiple fail attempts, I try to login through the website and it shows "We are unable to send you notification right now. No worries, you can continue by generating an OTP on your OCBC OneToken. Proceed with manual OTP", which requires me to select the OneToken from mobile app again.

I'm not able to log in from both mobile app and web page, and customer service hotline is always busy. Appreciate if someone can assist on the trouble here.

Thank you.

Hi zaxtong,

Could you drop us a private message with your bank registered mobile number, and also the following details:

- phone model
- operating system and version
- mobile app version

Thank you.

Hi OCBC, when is the cut off date for the monthly interest calculated for the 360 account? If I transfer funds a day before the interest is calculated will they be included in the interest calculation?
