How can we opt in for the digital token if we don’t have the physical token?

Hi there,

May we check if you have ever been issued with a physical hardware token? If so, you will need to activate OneToken by using the hardware token. Do call our hotline for a replacement.

If you have never been issued a physical token, and is currently only on SMS-OTP, please request for a token key. You will need to use the token key to activate One Token.

You can request for the token key via the Mobile Banking app:

Step 1: Login using Access Code and PIN or OneTouch™ / OneLook™
Step 2: Go to Settings
Step 3: Click on Request for Token Key. It will be mailed to your registered address with the Bank.

Received two messages from OCBC (the message system that always send me the OTPs) that they need to verify a transaction made using my debit card and for security, they have temporarily suspended my card. And to call +65 6535 7677 or +65 6363 3333. 6363 3333 called me but i didn’t pick up. Went to check my transactions, it was fine too. I went to the bank and the bank teller checked with me, all is fine and told me to remove my card from phone/itunes. Anyone experience the same thing as me???

Hi there,

The bank does get put a temporarily block on customers' cards when coming across any unusual or suspicious transactions, and get in touch with customers to inform.

We note that you had spoken with our branch colleague. May we check if you would require further clarification on this? If so, please drop us a PM with your bank registered contact number, and we will arrange for a call to you asap.

I have called in to remove the digital token service and stay with hard token. :s12:

Hi DenOOO,

Sorry to learn that OneToken wasn't working for you, and noted that you will be staying with the hardware token for now.

Do let us know if there is anything else that we are able to assist you with.

Hello OCBC,

I just opened a 360 Account online for the $20 Promo and got 2 letters
1) Account successfully opened, please put $
2) Debit Card

So I tested out FAST transfer in $1 to check first, and still can't see the account in my online banking. Do I need to transfer in more before the account is visible, or could it be just me typo-ing the account number? Can I just bring cash to the branch before receiving my PIN to deposit to set up the account instead?

Thanks

Hi there,

Currently, there is no option to receive notification on only PayNow deposits made to your account, but you could opt to receive SMS notifications for alldeposits made into your account via Internet Banking:

1. Place cursor over Customer service

2. Click on Manage e-Alerts

3. Click on “Other transactions via other banking channels”

4. Click on “Set threshold”

5. Indicate their preferred amount for their respective accounts and ensure that the checkbox under the SMS column is ticked

6. Click on “Save”

7. Enter the OTP

8. The message “Threshold has been set” will be displayed under the “Close” button

Hi, when I tried to withdraw money from the atm, the machine rejected my card saying that I have exceeded number of tries of pin number. How can I resolve this?

Ocbc sent me letters to close my bank account within 14 days. I have a perfect score of 2000 and AA on the credit bureau report. No big sums moving in or out.

It affects all joint accounts I have with my parents as well. And because my parents are so old. It's difficult to move them around to set up new bank accounts. Why is the bank making life so difficult for us?

What's wrong?
