Hi,

My phone app was just hit with a Security Risks detected. OneToken is unavailable blah blah blah. Can you help? I just finished using the app, and wanted to recheck something when it happened.

And I cannot find the option to revert to sms otp.

I also just got the error of Unable to login due to security risks. I tried reinstalling and restarting the phone to no avail. This is very frustrating as I'm overseas and have no way to access any form of banking. Kindly assist as soon as possible.

Are you using an Android device?

Please try the following steps on your mobile device:

- Go to settings > Apps info > OCBC Bank
- Force stop the mobile banking app
- Clear data and cache
- Click on “Permissions” and select “allow” for all functions
- Select "Appear on top" and enable the "Allow permission"

Do drop us a private message with your bank registered mobile number if this does not work.

Have you managed to speak with our service executive yet?

When calling in, after language selection, you can follow these steps:

Press 1 for Phone banking menu

Press 0 To speak to our service executive
◦Enter NRIC or 16 digit card number OR
◦Press *1 to enter Phone Code OR
◦Press 0 if to skip NRIC/ card number/ Phone Code

Press 3 for Banking

Thereafter, your call will be transferred to our service executive.

Just updated the ocbc app and got this message

I'm using the same phone so the message doesn't make sense. When i click activate, I'm prompted to use the phone token on the "old phone" which is the phone i updated the app with. So how do i activate? I already cleared data and cache and still got the same problem.

Apparently their IT team can't develop or update a simple app. Their reply will be asking you to reinstall the app. No accountability totally.

On OCBC's end, there will be no additional fees charged if your transaction is in SGD.

AIA premium payment will count towards the minimum spend of $500 for the 360 account's Credit Card Spend Bonus.
