Hi, i have no records of any late charge for the past 6 months for the credit card and i was overseas for last month 30 days, and had missed out on the payment for the cash flo card that auto convert the transaction into payment. Although it was a mistake on my side, it was a honest mistake. Tried to call for waiver and banking officer requested for me and failed. Will i be able to request for waiver again?

Is there an issue for the CNY Promotion website? I keep trying to register for the promotion but getting denied error but i still got the reference number.

State your request & indicate your card number. Once you've sent the email, drop us a PM with the email reference number

Rebates are given based on the MCC of the merchant. Currently, we are able to confirm that payment made for Grab (transport) directly with your 365 credit card will be eligible for 3% transport rebate, provided $800 minimum spend is met.

And Grab top-ups are excluded for 3% rebates.

If i open the account this month with 5000 fresh fund and there is no withdrawal for this month, am I entitled for 1.45% interest?

Hi ocbc, to qualify for the credit card bonus in my 360 account, I need to spend minimum $500 for posting within a calendar month. When I see the credit card unbilled transactions or the credit card statement, it only show transaction dates for the transactions. There is no posting date.

Meaning if I spend on 31 Dec 2019 2300hrs, is it counted as Dec 2019 spending or Jan 2020 spending when comes to calculate the bonus interest? I only see transaction date at 31 Dec 2019 for this case.

I am having issues activating OneToken on my Galaxy s10+. It says my phone has some potential security risks. I saw the reviews on Play Store for the ocbc app and it seems s10+ has issues with OneToken. Can you fix this please?

My device is not rooted for avoidance of doubt. I can activate digital token for DBS, uob, scb citi and singpass. Only issue is with ocbc. Please help!

We won't know what the MCC will be coming in for GRAB. As long as the MCC is not one of those in the excluded list, the top-up will earn 1X or 10X

But if you find any discrepancies, or would like to confirm the posting dates for each transaction, drop us a secured email from your Internet Banking

Are you referring to the credit card spend for 360 bonus interest?

If you are, then yes. Grab transactions are considered retail transactions and will count towards the $500 spend. Only these transactions are excluded:

- Balance transfers
- Cash advance
- Cashwise
- Smartchange
- Fund transfers
- Fees and charges
